Today I was at home. Approximately 20 days before, I bought a new laptop, but recently I had faced a problem of a dead pixel on the screen. It means that there is an orange colored dot in the center of the screen that appears all the time even before start-up of laptop (at boot menu). So today I went to the HP service center located at Opposite Park Plaza Hotel, Ludhiana. So I discussed my problem with the HP support desk. They assured me that they would correct it by tomorrow evening.
